Customizer not loading.

    My customizer doesn’t load. Stuck on a blank screen. I’ve tried the basic troubleshooting, or at least I think I have, clearing browser caches, checking the URLs in dashboard. I can’t figure this out. I am a complete novice to all of this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

    Hi, by looking into your homepage, it seems that WordPress doesn’t recognize the builder you are using, which by the look of it is: the Divi page builder.

    Make sure that the plugin is enabled, otherwise, please contact their support, since it’s a commercial product.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I will message them immediately. But are you sure it’s Divi? I deleted that theme troubleshooting and enabled one of the stock templates (“Twenty Twenty”)…still nothing. Makes sense it would be that as the problem didn’t arise until I disabled DIVI and enabled “extra” theme by that same company. Thanks again for the quick reply.
