# Customizer Not Loading

 * Hello,
 * We are facing an issue with the customizer not loading when we have your plugin
   active. The problem was happening also before updating to 6.0.1 when we had version
   5.2.2, so we updated to maybe fix the issue.
 * When we open the customizer page we get this error Failed to load resource: the
   server responded with a status of 404 () -> [https://www.emmaswimwear.com/wp-content/plugins/kirki/customizer/packages/modules/webfonts/src/assets/scripts/vendor-typekit/webfontloader.js?ver=3.0.28](https://www.emmaswimwear.com/wp-content/plugins/kirki/customizer/packages/modules/webfonts/src/assets/scripts/vendor-typekit/webfontloader.js?ver=3.0.28)
 * After searching this path via FTP we found out that there is no js file there.
 * We are using Konte theme and the site is fully updated.

 * I hope your previous issue has been resolved with latest version of the plugin.
   Regarding new error you are experiencing, we are currently unable to reproduce
   it on our end. To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following
   details:
    - Your WordPress version
    - The theme you are using
    - A list of all active plugins
