Customizer and creating pages not working

Hello everyone,

i just created a website with the hosting services of one.com. So i uploaded the newest wordpress from their website and i was able to install it. But after that even although everything is on default, i cant create pages and in the customizer i cant see the page and if i click on the few visble buttons nothing happens. The customizer doesnt give an error code but the error code of the page error is the following:
