They allow us to customize the theme.. * Two specific reasons, yes: * 1) As it is a commercial Theme, we don’t have access to the Theme template files, and thus are unable to offer any specific help * 2) As it is a commercial Theme, the developer is paid to develop, maintain, and support the Theme.
