 * Hi. I am liking this plugin. Seems to work properly. I noticed in the changelog“
   Added a new filter so you can add extra Stripe checkout data parameters (if you
   want to customize it).”
 * Is there any documentation to this? I wanted to ask for one additional piece 
   of info from the customer on the checkout form.

 * Is the field you are trying to add supported by Stripe. Because this simple stripe
   payment plugin uses the Stripe’s default checkout option. So it can only accept
   fields that Stripe supports in their checkout popup.
