Customize variations in products

Hi! I need help to resolve something on my site. For the products displayed in my site (woocommerce), I’m creating product variations. For each variation I will need to use a custom product title and a custom description, that I need to change every time a user clicks the variation.
As an example, Product XX has 3 different sizes. For each size I need the product title to change to “Product XX size 1”, “Product XX size 2” “Product XX size 3”. And for each title, I will need to feature a custom description.
Is there a way to do this? Any advise?
As an example of what I need you can see how it’s done here: https://www.tajin.com/us/products/tajin-clasico . Every product variation (the little red bottles under description) has it’s own title and description. This is what I need to do.
Maybe there’s a plugin that solves this or there is something I’m missing in the variations options. If someone can help, it would be great!

Hi there,
To have custom titles, you’ll need additional custom coding as the default is to use the main variable product title alongside that of the individual variation name.
For descriptions, however, each variation does have a “description” field that you can use:
