# Customize thumbnail

 * Hello,
    I can’t customize thumbnail (select new area in Manage Galleries > Edit
   thumb) – windows is open, but I can’t select rectangle to edit it. I check this
   in Chrome ang Firefox.

 * I mean that in earlier versions of the plugin NextGen Gallery, this problem not
   exist.

   on your site from the “earlier versions” when this was last working? Also, which
   version was the last one you know to have worked as we are not seeing any issues
   in our current testing.
