# Customize setting didn’t work

 * Hi, I have adjusted the box margin-bottom and size of the text. But in the front
   end, it didn’t show up like I have set up in “customize”.
 * The plugin seems didn’t work like I set after I updated the plugin. Please assist.

    Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
 * If so, please check the issue by deactivating all the plugins and activating 
   the WordPress default theme.
 * We have checked the issue on our testing environments and could not detect any
   issues.
