Can you please let me know what exactly are you trying to do as there are several different ways you could do this. You can simply add text to that specific page in your admin or use membership shortcodes if you’re looking to change labels for some of the fields.

I want to add information in the registration form. I tried to code it manually here: http://hogwarts.house/house-names/gryffindor/ but if the user makes a mistake and the form reloads then it loads the page generated by the plugin page and that doesn’t have my changes.
There are a few other steps in registration where I want to make changes like this as well.

I’ve tested this on my sandbox site and I can confirm this behavior, when using multiple registration pages with Membership 2 shortcodes and validation fails user is being redirected to default registration page rather then staying on the same one.
Membership 2 is not built specifically to work with multiple registartion pages which is the reason this functionality is missing. As this is a pretty good idea I’ve created a featured request for this so it will be considered for future development 🙂
