 * I have a couple of questions.
 * The first two questions have to do with the space above Will Smith’s head and
   the menu under the logo ([http://d.pr/gn2I](http://d.pr/gn2I)).
 * 1. How/where do I add the advertising to that small space and if I have to use
   code, how do I create it?
    2. How do I customize and center the menu because 
   that is a widget. For some reason the original menu stop showing up. Also if 
   there is a way to transfer the menu to the header that would be even better.
 * Okay, the next question has to do with the piece of code in the top left hand
   corner of my blog. How do I get rid of that? ([http://sourceful.co.uk/](http://sourceful.co.uk/))
 * The second last question I have has to do with my post pages. How do i customize
   the sidebars? Like add stuff like adds, links, and whatever else. ([http://sourceful.co.uk/gruesome-clothing/](http://sourceful.co.uk/gruesome-clothing/))
 * Last but not least, how do I get my footer on every page? It only shows up on
   the home page.
