Customize Product table

Hello,
I would like to customize my product table like this screenshot:

so main questions are:
1) how can I make thumbnails bigger?
2) how can I put the price under the product title like in this screenshot??
3) how can I change add cart icon to a plus sign??

Note: I have the pro version of your plugin.
