# Customize Pingback Email Notifications

 * My client is actively blogging, with posts being attributed to different people
   in the company. The Director of Marketing still wants to receive email notifications
   about pingbacks for every blog post, but he doesn’t want the other authors to
   get the email notifications.
 * Is there any way I can have pingback notifications go only to the email address
   listed in settings?

 * I’m using the default WordPress notification. I don’t have Jetpack or any similar
   plugins installed.
