# Customize not Saving

 * Ever since update to Hueman 3.1.1 every time I try and save something in customize
   it won’t save. Have tried installing previous version, hasn’t fixed the issue.
   Any ideas?

 * Hi,
 * It could be an issue with your plugin or child theme customization.
 * If you are using a cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and temporary
   disable it.
 * If you have a child theme with customization, activate back your Hueman theme(
   parent ) and see if your Appearance -> Customize is working.
 * If it’s working, you will have to compare your customization with the Hueman 
   theme codes and make necessary updates.
 * You can use the following steps to check if it’s a plugin issue.
 * Proceed to disable one plugin at a time and clear your browser history.
    Re-visit
   your Appearance -> Customize and see if it works. Do this until you find the 
   plugin that’s causing issues.
