Customize Not Loading Error

Hello
When you try to use the theme customizer, it loads and after a while the message appears:
There was a problem when trying to load the customizer.
Please refer to this documentation page to understand how to fix the problem.
Before they speak for me to try the solutions presented in the suggested document in the error message, I have tried all, the error not any of them

Messages that appear on the console are as below:

Error 1
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.emagrecerevivermelhor.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fplugins.php%3Fplugin_status%3Dall% 26paged% 3D1% 26s: 1 admin% 2Fplugins.php% 3Fplugin_status% 3Dall% 26paged% 3D1% 26s ‘was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet’ http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato: 300,400,700,300italic, 400italic, 700italic | Roboto + Condensed: 400italic, 700italic, 400,700 ‘This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

In this error I tried to locate where the http to append the s but I could not, I opened the file customize in wp-admin via ftp but I did not find the line there.

Have one more error below:

Hi there,
the mixed content thing should not cause that kind of issue.

The Error2 (js error) instead… well it’s a tell.
The issue could be related to a caching plugin probably not well configured?!
Do you have any caching plugin active?
Did you try disabling them?

Thanks for replay.
I disabled all the plugins, except the hueman Addons, but the error continues, seem to be in loading the plugin. I had an old version of the theme where customization was not done with plugin, everything was working fine, when I updated, the colors became thema’s initial patterns, I lost almost all the customization I had, and without the plugin I could not redo the When I turned off all the plugins, the only thing that changed was that they returned the initial colors, but banners and sidebars, nothing came back, and as I said, it continues to give the error message, I can not access the customization.

When I was activating plugin one by one, I discovered the plugin that generated that error message 2 The Error2 (js error) instead …, is the “Async JS and CSS”, but still with I said the previous message continues giving the error, but when going to the console , error 2 does not appear any more, but appears in red 08 “mixed content http errors …”, I will copy all of them and post in next message

Following are current errors in the console, all in red:

1 – jquery.js? Ver = 1.12.4: 3 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.emagrecerevivermelhor.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://leadvid.club/pro/assets/css/font-awesome.min.css’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
2 – jquery.js? 3 – jquery.js? 4 – customize.php? Return =% 2Fwp-admin% 2F: 1 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.emagrecerevivermelhor.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:300,400,700,300italic,400italic,700italic?Robot+Condensed:400italic,700italic,400,700’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

And there are three more same http error for http://leadvid.club
Where is it and how do I change that customize.php to change the http to https of these errors? I can not fully say if this is what is causing the problem, but the plugins have already disabled everyone and even then I could not load the customization

Hi,

My developer tool shows that it’s being loaded from your cloudflare.
See right hand bottom corner of my screen-shot.

I have never use this service, but it seems like a CDN.
You may want to contact your service provider for help.

Thanks for the answers, I deleted the page that contained the file that was coming from cloudflare, I was able to access the customizer, but still from the error, I only get it when I load the second time. The errors are from https

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.emagrecerevivermelhor.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fedit-tags.php%3Ftaxonomy%3Dcategory’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:300,400,700,300italic,400italic,700italic?Robot+Condensed:400italic,700italic,400,700’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Many thanks to all the answers.

It’s solved.
1 – I disabled the Async JS and CSS plugin, it conflicts with the customizer
2 – I deleted the page that called the url http://leadvid.club, which also caused the error, including in the cloudflare.
