Hi, Erik!
Glad you reached out to us about this.
I’ll talk about this with our team and I’ll send another reply as soon as I can.
Hi there!
I just want to give an update that this has been added to our feature requests. You can view and add a vote here: Customize new “Customer Notifications” emails
Let me know if I can help you further with this.
I can’t see that page, nor log in, because I don’t have a username (because I never purchased anything, this is a free plugin after all).
Hi, Erik!
You may go to this page and register – https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/
On the other hand, here’s what the feature request look like: https://share.zight.com/6quARK8K
Other users can see and add a vote to this.
I registered there but I still open the page to cast my vote, even when logged in I get a 403 error message.
Hi Erik,
Are you using a VPN service? If you are, try disabling it temporarily.
Not all VPNs are equal. Usually VPNs are fine, it’s just if your on one that has bad actors and those bad actors get flagged and the VPNs IP gets flagged. It’s almost impossible to protect your site and support bad VPNs.
Can you also confirm that you tried this on other browsers and the issue persists as well? Like it could be because of a browser extension you have.
Try using a private/incognito browser mode so that all browser extensions are disabled.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Kind Regards,
Michael Taro
Hi, Erik!
I’m still checking on this. Once I have more info, I’ll send another reply.
Hi, Erik!
I updated the post so it will be listed under a public board. You should see the post now and add your comment.

This must be a joke.
Either you support it, or you don’t.
Customer expiry notifications apparently are a part of the Woocommerce Subscriptions suite, for example, which is something which allows us customize subscription payment renewal confirmations and such. This has since become a half feature, even though it’s not your fault, asking for stores running these kinds of emails to vote on whether or not they’re willing to wait to have the plugin usable seems like a nonstarter.
Don’t get me wrong, I understand resources need to be allocated, but either you support it, or you don’t..
