    Hi there!

I have one question about, how to customize the messenger appereance on mobile devices?

At the moment, there is a default appereance, there is a text and a button on the right side, and once you click on it and hide it, the text is gone and ony messenger icon is displayed.

I would like to have only a messenger icon displayed all the time, instead of a text on the left side.

I’ve tried with my custom CSS, but apparently your script override my css somehow.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Have a nice day!

    Howdy,

I am not sure that is possible. The Messenger gets loaded from facebook directly and the styling needs to be managed via facebook as well: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#use-facebook-messenger

But we can try. Where can we see your messenger?

    Kind regards,

    Hi again,

    The url is sufficient :).

What would you like to change. Something like this? https://d.pr/i/21MpTQ

    Hei,

the only thing I would like to have is an messenger icon like this -> https://snipboard.io/leyi2K.jpg ; because at the moment there is a text next to an icon (https://snipboard.io/xI8qBO.jpg), and it’s a really bad user experience on the mobile version, because it takes too much space almost 1/8 of a screen and many users don’t know they have to click on the text and close it so the text would be gone.

    Hi again,

I see what you mean, when I use my phone. However I cannot trigger the same kind of window when I use mobile view in my Chrome. So I cannot try any CSS for you.

Are you able to load this view: https://snipboard.io/xI8qBO.jpg in your Chrome mobile view or other browser?

    Kind regards,
