 * I would like to custumize my menu, i have two menus, one on top and another is
   in a widget at the left of the website page. I want to be able to have a menu
   containing links of different chapters of the page i’m in on this menu on widget,
   and this menu changes of course depending on which page i’m on. I don’t know
   what to use? javascript? and how?

 * You should create your own widget that parses the post content, find the headers(
   h1..H6) and display them.
 * You can also create a shortcode doing the same thing and add it to a text widget,
   enabling shortcode execution in text widgets.
 * Hope it helps you
