    Hey there, friends at MailPoet!

I use the premium version (free, under 1000 subscribers) of MailPoet3. I like the possibility of customizing the “Manage Subscription page” or “Unsubscibe page” by using the [mailpoet_page] shortcode. So I can use the DIVI Visual Builder and benefit from many style options while still using the functionality of your plugin.

Is there a way to customize the “Built-in captcha page” in the same manner? For example: My global footer needs some CSS tweaking, if the content is too small. In that Captcha page of yours (default) my footer is in the middle of the page, because there is not enough content above it to push it down. Until now there seems to be nothing I can do about it – unless you show me how to build my own Captcha page using any of your shortcodes.

    Do you know a solution?

Please keep up the good work and stay healthy!

    Greetings, Heinzruhm

    Hi @heinzruhm

Unfortunately, that page is not yet customizable. We hope to allow that in a future version of MailPoet.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello,
as a work around you could create a template page in your theme directory like single-mailpoet_page.php and fix your footer pushing from there.

    Hey mecano,

and mailpoet would automatically use that template instead of other templates? Would be a good soultion to start with. Thank you!

YET, for a future customization there is no alternative. Why? In the German translation, that I use, the web user is adressed as “Du” which is a “youth” form of speaking. In German there is a difference between speaking to younger or older people. In my case (a church website for all generations) it is impropriate to speak like that. I need to chose a customized wording soon!

    Be well!

    Hi Heinz,

I had the same problem and I searched a lot for solving it (I have a free premium account with less than 1000 subs, so I did not want to bother the support team). My problem was basically the same, only I needed a bit more space above, because of a big header.
It is not possible to change this page as far as I see it. If you look into the php, the site is generated on the fly, so there is nothing to edit.
The template-solution works, but you will have to make it the standard template for every page and then, with elementor pro theme builder or something, put the original standard template to be not standard, but used with every other page. It is a bit of work though.

Another solution is to user google capture instead of the MailPoet one. This one is not shown in a extra page, but directly in the subscriber form.
