Customize mailchimp’s confirmation email

Hi there,

However, I think it might require a revisit. I’ve tried following the instructions which are as follows: You can modify the confirmation or welcome email by logging into your Mailchimp.com account, going to your Audience (list) and then going to Settings > Sign-up forms. There you can modify all the various emails that Mailchimp sends out.

However, when I go to this audience list and sign up forms page, there are no forms that I can modify.

The list of selections under sign up forms are as follows:
Form builder
Build, design, and translate signup forms and response emails

Embedded forms
Generate HTML code to embed in your site or blog to collect signups.

Subscriber pop-up
Design a pop-up signup form that can be embedded on any site.

Contact FormNew!
Let your customers reach you directly with a contact form that sends messages to your Inbox.

Form integrations
Create signup forms using one of our integrations.

I have checked each of these and none seem to match the auto-generated confirmation email.

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
