Customize header line with CSS

Hello there!

I would like to do something that I assume is quite simple, nevertheless since I do not have the coding knowdlege, I do not how to do it. I hope you can help me!

I have the following header saying “zahlungsart auswählen”:

Now I do want to add some custom css code to rename it into something different. The whole style and everthing stays the same, just the name I’d like to change.

My first question would be: Is it the right way to do it via custom CSS or should I change it anywhere else? And the second would be: What’s the CSS code I need to to that?
