customize header

Hi,

My apologies if this post ends up being duplicate. I submitted a post last night for this same topic, but no longer see it this afternoon.

I’d like to use Vantage with a header that has a image logo and two lines of text, all three of these centered, and an additional line of text underneath that’s right aligned. Vantage’s default allow me to create the last line of text. I’ve added the first two lines of text with some additional code in masthead.php. However, I’m unable to get the logo image to center. I’ve tried adding code to both masthead.php and to template-tags.php where the vantage_display_logo() function is defined without success. I’ve used style=”align:auto” in both files in an attempt to center the image.

Does anyone have any suggestions to achieve this? Is there another approach I could consider that doesn’t involve changing the .php files (which adds complications to updating the template).
