# Customize forms

 * Hello
 * I’d like to know if there is a way to customize the forms generated by the plugin:
 * – Pre-fill the items, with values from the database (same user, if form was already
   submitted and stored with “keep only last”) or other means
 * – Put a JS or AJAX help hook to each item, in order to give the user some details
   about the items (useful for a list of books for example)
 * I have searched the FAQ, the code of the templates and the forum but I did not
   find how to do it.
