I’m interested in whether this plugin with the Age Verify extension can be adapted to check for things in addition to age on the same modal; such as a checkbox to accept terms and conditions. The idea being that they must meet the age requirement and also check the box in order to proceed. Is that possible? Failing that, can text be included or customized to give a notice that by proceeding they accept the terms?

It’d be ideal if we could have arbitrary form fields there, generated by one of the supported forms plugin with a required field, but I’m not sure that any such integration is included with Age Verify. Is it?

@mbi_marc – It may take a bit of customization ( combination of a adding content using hooks, and some extra JS to process the acceptance ) but I don’t see why not.

By default you can customize the text preceding and after the age verification form. If you don’t add the shortcode for the age verification form then it is auto added to the bottom of your popup content. If you insert it manually you can add content above and below it.

The only caveat is that we need to use JS to enforce they check the agree box and enter age before they can submit. Shouldn’t be to difficult, I’m thinking that we disable the submit button and enable it based on checking the agree box.
