# Customize error

 * i am trying to customize my page
    Is it showing me “there was a problem when 
   trying to load customizer”.I have tried all solution given but it does bot fix.

 * Hello, I have the same problem and the error messages that appear on the console
   are as below:

   26s ‘was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet’ [http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato](http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato):
   300,400,700,300italic, 400italic, 700italic | Roboto + Condensed: 400italic, 
   700italic, 400,700 ‘This request has been blocked; the content must be served
   over HTTPS.
 * In this error I tried to locate where the http to append the s but I could not,
   I opened the file customize in wp-admin via ftp but I did not find the line there.
 * Have one more error below:

   read property ‘addEventListener’ of undefined

 * I have deactived my “hello dolly” plugin thats why i was having a problem.Now
   it has been fixed.You can check if it is same with you.Make sure you have not
   deactivated any unknown plugin.

 * Thanks for replay, but the hello dolly plugin, as already disable, it is not 
   him that is causing the error.
