# Customize emails?

 * Is it possible to customize the email notifications – subject line, etc? Either
   in the free or pro version? I think this is a really cool plugin, especially 
   for a free version, but the emails are so bare-bones they are off-putting. Would
   like to customize the subjects, etc.

 * There is no such setting available for now from back-end but it is possible to
   do so from coding.
 * I am giving you file names in free and pro(if you are pro user) version if you
   can code to change subject/anything else you want. If you can not change code,
   I will do it for you. Just raise ticket [here](http://wpsupportplus.in/?page_id=22)
   against small customization charges.
 * For free version files are-

 * For pro version files are-
    1. includes/admin/sendTicketCreateMail.php 2. includes/
