    Hi there,

    There is no such setting available for now from back-end but it is possible to do so from coding.

    I am giving you file names in free and pro(if you are pro user) version if you can code to change subject/anything else you want. If you can not change code, I will do it for you. Just raise ticket here against small customization charges.

    For free version files are-
    1. includes/admin/sendTicketCreateMail.php
    2. includes/admin/sendTicketReplyMail.php

    For pro version files are-
    1. includes/admin/sendTicketCreateMail.php
    2. includes/admin/sendTicketReplyMail.php
    3. includes/admin/deleteTicket.php
    4. includes/admin/setChangeTicketStatus.php
    5. includes/admin/setTicketAssignment.php
