 * Hi,
    I’d like to customize the form ‘CreateTicket’. I have several dropdown menus
   lined up vertical. I decreased the width of the dropdown menus to 10%. Now they
   should be lined up in horizontal with float:left. Unfortunatley this affects
   all other elements besides the dropdown. Can I define IDs for the already existing
   elements? This would be the easiest way to control the float

 * Hi [@jens84](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jens84/),
 * The ids of the custom fields are generated at the runtime. You will get the ids
   by inspecting page source.

 * Thx for your reply.
    Getting the ID for custom generated fields is no problem.
   I have difficulties to get the IDs of the default fields like Status, Priority…

 * I’m agree with [@jens84](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jens84/) – The div’s
   from Priority, Category & Attachement at “Create New Ticket” should have an ID
   to can be customized(floated, background-color, etc) and of course should have
   the possibility to be set as preselected value(Priority, Category & FAQs Categories).

 * but there are no IDs for the default div’s. How can I correct this?

 * Hi there,
 * Thank you for your suggestion. We have added this suggestion in our suggestion
   list. We will give the ids for parent divs of default fields in create ticket
   and the changes will be available in next update.
