Customization – Business directory Events Products Services

I want to run a local business directory and allow businesses to post their business as well as their services and products. Users can also post events and rate and comment on and share all of the above.

I’ve found a few plugins/themes that do a mix of these but the major issue I am running into is that they do not have renewing payments (subscription payments) with paypal or stripe. This is a pain for the users because they must come back each month/year and pay again manually. If it is subscription based and handled automatically then everyone is happy.

Are there any products out there that could do what I’ve outlined above?

If not, then is anyone able to code/configure wordpress for the above to work?

I will gladly pay if this requires custom work and you can resell it.

What I need:

1. Business signup
1a. business name
1b. category of business
1c. tags related to business
1d. ability to add multiple locations (addresses)
1e. hours of operation
1f. telephone/fax number (for each location if more than 1)
1g. business description
1h. map of location(s) via google maps (or similar)
1i. Business logo image
1j. Add other images
1k. Feature business (yes/no) if yes, select duration to feature business (30 days, 60 days, 6 months, 1 year). Featured listings are show at the top of their related category. The business can manually renew the featured business listing after it expires and are sent an email telling them it will expire in X days.
1l. Business pay a set subscription fee (only ends when they cancel) to have their business listed and are charged on a subscription basis every 30 days. (example: $49 per month is auto billed)

2. Business products/services
2a. product/service name
2b. product/service category
2c. product/service description
2d. product/service image
2e. Products and services are subscription fee based until the user cancels the listing. (example: $9 is auto billed per month for posting a Bicycle for sale). The price is charged separately from their listing fee.
2f. can feature product/service, it shows up at the top of its related list page. They can choose option to have it auto-featured each month until they decide to cancel or pay for a set duration (30 days, 60 days, 1 year, etc).

3. Events
3a. event title
3b event description
3c. event time and date
3d. event image
3e. one time fee for the duration they choose. Charge $X per X days.
3f. Can feature event for the period of its posting, it shows up at the top listings for the month of the event. The featuring price is combined to the event listing fee unless they’ve already posted it in which case they are charged a separate amount to feature it for the days left of their event listing.
