Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

I have tried deactivating bad reactivating all plugins.
I have also changed theme, for theme specific problem.
Now Trying to reset plugin folder.

Please help me. I am having this issue as well, customizer & live preview aren’t working, and I have already tried the above mentioned solutions:

Nothing has worked.
I am not sure what is wrong and its driving me nuts! I also tried cleaning my database and tried WP-Sweep plugin to catch any files I may have missed.
Please, are there any other solutions that I am missing?

Although it may seem that you have the same problem there have been many changes in WordPress, and most likely your theme and plugins, since this topic was posted and the troubleshooting and solution for your issue may not be the same.
