# Customization

 * This request is quite easy – I need from people just to submit their phone number,
   nothing else. Three, feels like lot of fields.

 * Hi Lemessanyi,
 * You could just edit the files to remove those sections from the form, they are
   in callback-shortcode.php, you will however also need to remove validation to
   ensure it only validates the phone number and doesn’t try and look for the other
   fields.
