Hello, I am trying to put a background on the chat, etc. and they won't show up. Do you know where I can put some CSS and have it work?

There are various options on iFlyChat Settings Page within your WP Dashboard which allow you to customize the look and feel of the chat. Additionally, you can toggle b/w light and dark theme. For more information, check out iflychat.com. Thanks!

This issue is not resolved :( Those options are extremely limited and iFly's Dark Theme is not very dark and has that bright white bar in it, which looks bad on my WordPress theme. Your "Powered by iFlyChat.com" div, which you somehow made change it's name every time it loads so I can't change it myself, looks awesome black and stands out even better when it is black then when it is white. I figured out how to add a background, change border colors, etc, with css, but could you at least include a black background on your website link for dark theme?

Apart from the options offered on the iFlyChat Settings, if you still would like to customize the chat look further, then it can be done by applying custom CSS rules.

Yes, you won't be able to theme our branding div but we will try to re-theme it to gel better with our dark theme. This may take time to implement. In future, we may offer more themes like light and dark. Thank you.
