 * Hi, is it possible to customize the appearance of the user card?
    Would like 
   to change the style to make it look like my own member cards that I create for
   the search member page.

 * I’m afraid that this is standard design with our plugin and changing the style
   requires customization work.
 * However, don’t hesitate to request the compatibility with our plugin to your 
   theme authors. they might be able to add some CSS lines in their theme to make
   the plugin fit.
