 * I am looking for a plugin that I can customize to do a local database search 
   for floorplans and homes much like the ones shown on this site:

 * Anyone know of something that I can use to accomplish this same thing? Keep in
   mind this is for this particular home builders website, not a listing agency 
   like FlexIDX.
