# Customising Popups

    Please forgive my basic abilities! I’d like to be able to insert an image
   and a link to the popups. I tried using standard html image tags, but I just 
   get the rightwards arrow, which does, however, link to my image. Can I use a 
   thumbnail instead? (Similar to this horrible Google Map version on the site –
   scroll down on [http://www.bridgetonowhere.friendsofburgesspark.org.uk/the-story-of-burgess-park-heritage-trail/](http://www.bridgetonowhere.friendsofburgesspark.org.uk/the-story-of-burgess-park-heritage-trail/)
 * Also, I’d like to change the position of the popup, so it appears above, not 
   below the marker.

 * I believe that as of the 1.1 upgrade, you can adjust the position of all the 
   popups on your map in a setting available in the Maps Manager page. Use negative
   values to move the popup left and up.
 * I have the same issue as you in wanting a thumbnail image in the popup (similar
   the Ready! Google maps), but just getting a link arrow instead. I guess that’s
   not ‘out-of-the-box’ functionality. We need to donate to encourage development!
