 * Just wondering if this is possible.
 * In WooCommerce > Orders – There are orders that are separated by a grey background
   to distinguish between orders.
 * is there any way to make the ‘light grey’ background darker or different colour
   so the separators stand out more.

 * I’m not sure if this will work for what you are specifically wanting to do with
   the Orders section of WooCommerce, but it does allow for customization of the
   WP-Admin area so it may be worth taking a look
