 * Hi Fox,
 * I am planning to add custom fields so people can collect more info if they want.
   This info will show in ticket along with default fields like subject, description
   etc.
 * This feature will be available within month. If you need urgently, I can customize
   plugin to add your given fields in small customization charges.
