Customise the Text

I just installed Progress Bar and it looks like it will definitely suit my needs. I do have one request, and not sure how easy it would be to implement.

I would love to be able to change the output text in the bar to something custom. A shortcode similar to the following would be good.

[wppb progress="2.5/25" text="Lost 2.5 of 25kg"]

And have the bar reflect the value in the progress variable, but outputs the text variable instead of the values from the progress variable as the overlay.
