Customise the email thats gets sent out on Notify Me

    I am trying to customise the email gets sent out to the WordPress site admin when someone signs up on the site.

    Right now the only fields being sent across in the email are Email address, even though the form captures First name, last Name and Email address.

    Which plugin file should I be editing?
