# Customise email message

 * would like to update the email message sent out by the system to the purchaser.
   Is there a place to do this other than my-tickets.php? I’ve found the message
   there and changed it but it has made little difference.

 * Yes; go to My Tickets > Settings and modify the message there. The code in my-
   tickets.php would only be the default values for that field, and changing it 
   would have no effect.

 * good hint, just deactivated one of the other plugins and found it again!
