I was wondering how to customize the emails sender.

Mine is [cpanel name] on behalf of [sender email name] <sender email address>.

I would like to delete all the irrelevant stuff before [sender email name] like

[sender email name] <sender email address>.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @hbqalty,

Within the WooCommerce plugin the only email options you have would be located at WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. In this location, if you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see a section called Email sender options. Within this section you can change the “From” name and “From” address details of the sent emails.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi @stuartduff,

    Thanks for the reply.

I do know where to change the email sender name and address like I said.

I realised that using outlook has that bug which is’cpanel name on behalf of’ followed by sender name and address.

    Hi @hbqalty,

This seems to be the case, though not quite sure it’s a bug.

I have a site without a WooCommerce installation and when I open emails on Outlook, they have that cPanel on mysitedomain.com <cpanel@mysitedomain.com>.

Thus, this is not quite a WooCommerce issue. If you’d like to make changes to it, I would propose getting in touch with your host.

    Thanks.
