# Cheatin' uh error message

    would you please help me? I try to customize my theme but every time I try
   to enter this part I see this error: Cheatin’ uh? You are not allowed to customize
   the appearance of this site. and my grid in vc dose not work! I don’t know what
   happened to my wp 🙁 ps: I reinstall it but nothing change!

 * Could you create a new admin user and login using that user to see if it works,
   just for testing purposes? Let me know. 🙂

 * Dear Hardeep Asrani I don’t know what happen but before I try to make a new admin
   today I tried to enter to the customize part again and saw my problem with customize
   part solved but I still have problem with my gird It dose not work yet, it used
   to work very well before!

 * I think [@sabamh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sabamh/) means a grid created
   using the Visual Composer plugin.
 * So there are two separate issues here, which may or may not be related:
 * 1) The error message when trying to use the Customizer. Which appears to be solved
   following [@hardeep](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hardeep/)’s advice.
 * 2) Some kind of problem with creating a grid using the VC plugin – [@sabamh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sabamh/)
   you should post a question in the VC support forum – [http://support.wpbakery.com/](http://support.wpbakery.com/)–
   to get help from them.
