Hi, I used OceanWp before without any issue.
Now I’m using it on a client’s website and when I use the customizer to change the colours, I can see them correctly in the preview, but as soon as I save and exit the colours go back to default.
How can I solve this issue??

  • Hello,

Can you link to your site and tell me where are you trying to change the color? Have you cleared cache after publishing the changes?

    This is the website:
    https://lotusharmony.org/

I’m trying to change the colours of the menu link hover, buttons and titles in the footer.
I checked from other browsers and devices, the change wasn’t applied.

    Hello,

For the text and link, go to Customize > Footer widget section to change it.
For the widget title, go to Customize > Typography > Footer widget title and change it.

If it doesn’t work, then go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, disable all – save settings, then enable it again. Clear cache and check it works or not.

Have you added any code in the Customize > Custom CSS section?

I tried everything… it just doesn’t work and no, I don’t have any custom css…
The custom colours appear in the customiser, but when I save and exit, everything just goes back to default colours…

Go to Customize > General Options > General Styling and select WP Header instead of Custom File. It will fix the issue.

Unfortunately that didn’t work as well… I might just change theme, don’t know what else to do.

Thanks for your help, but I changed the theme 🙂

    Oh..okay, no problem!
