 * Hello team, thank you for developing such a useful plugin. I have a question 
   in regards to customising it a bit.
 * Would it be possible to make the look of it like the above “ship to different
   address” line?
 * OR (if it is too complicated)
 * simply put the checkbox at the same line as the wording…
