  • Hello, i have used the plugin for about a month now to test it and see if i am buy it or not.
    So far i got so many customer emails saying that they did purchase the product and they got an abandoned email after their purchase.

    Did i do something wrong or do the plugin send abandoned emails even if the customer make an order?

    The problem is still there even with new version, could you please investigate on this? Customers are still getting recovery emails.

    Hi krlemir,

    The recovery abandoned cart email will still sent to the customers who checked out before updating the plugin but it will not appear anymore for customers who checked out after updating plugin.
