    I notice that not all customer’s purchases update the customer’s profile (such as e-commerce activity or total revenue) on mailchimp. Why it happens?

    I verified that Mailchimp for WooCommerce logs all purchases also if the customer’s profile on mailchimp is not updated.

    @vforte yes we have heard of this recently – Mailchimp is working on this to resolve the issues you’re describing. It’s actually unrelated to the plugin, so we’ll close this out but please do ask your support rep to look into your account and get advice on how to resolve this. I’m pretty sure this will heal itself in the following days to come automatically but do not have an actual date set for this fix.
