Customers not able to checkout – Woocommerce 3.04

    Customers, when calculating shipping – the statement below is being displayed although their postcode and address are correct and the shipping cost is added to the cost of the product but when going to checkout the statement is as below:

    Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements’

    I have WooCommerce Paypal plugin activated and it was working prior to updating to 3.04 today.
