Customer’s logo not showing

Hi – I’m working on a development site and am testing out all the pages. The facebook feed seems to be working, but the most recent post in the feed is not showing the customer’s facebook icon (their logo). Instead it just shows an error box. Is that something wrong within the plugin settings, or is it an issue with their facebook page, or something else I need to do?
