Customers can’t like their favorites

    Hey guys,

    I bought the premium version this afternoon.
    Integrated the shortcode in a new page but customers can’t like their favorite pics (it doesn’t sync with the backend and when i refresh the frontend likes are gone). Although the lightbox doesn’t show correctly with a left menu area.

    Do you have an idea?

    Hi Andy,

    I have tried the favorite function, it seems to work pretty well. Maybe you forgot to submit the changes? (Clicking the heart alone does not update the favorites, you have to click “Änderungen speichern” at the bottom.
    Furthermore, you have disabled the lightbox, so I can’t see how it is affecting your left menu area.
