    I have some issue with this plugin.
    Loged in customers can submit a ticket, but they can’t leave a reply for own ticket and see this message: For reply go to admin panel.
    How can I open and display reply fields for customers?

    Hi @dariushgreat,

    First, check that your customer has the support user role. If the problem continues, try to deactivate your other plugins and activate one by one to see if one of them might cause this issue.
