Still no reply. How long does it take to get back to a support ticket please.We are having this problem on so many sites.

STILL waiting for a reply. Now I see this plugin is no longer available for download due to a security issue. This is going to have to be uninstalled from all my sites now never to be used again due to lack of support and bad service.

Hi @kwestfehling. My team and I at Starfish Reviews adopted this plugin and are working on a security update for it. We’re hopeful this security release will be available this week. Once it is, can you try updating and let us know if this is still an issue? We’ve re-written one major portion of the plugin and it may have resolved this issue. But if not, we’ll work on it to see what we can do.
You might also try disabling the security plugins, just to check if they are conflicting in some way. But don’t do that until you’ve updated Rich Reviews with the 1.8 version coming this week (hopefully). Until then, you should keep it disabled, for security.
